I hate my brother....

current mood: annoyed

I have tried to upgrade my Anti-virus soft wear(we got the invoice saying that I bought it yet they have no record of it *rolleyes* and asked him for help (paying for it also since this past Sunday). He keeps saying that he is going to call me at a certain time and then never does. I have put things I really need to do aside in case he calls. It is just not right for him to treat me like this since I am paying him to help me out (wonders if he treats his other clients like this). On top of all this mess I have not been feeling very well and stressing out over missing his call is not helping me feel better.

I just went thru the same thing 2 weeks ago with Norton. I renewed online but nothing happened. I had to email them about it, it took about 2 days for them to respond, they asked me for some info, I emailed it back to them. They were able to do something internally and the next day it was fixed. So give it a try.

I did that already on Sunday....and have yet to hear back from them. I also contacted their coustmer service dept and they had no record of me even buying a renewal I sent them the order number and the date it was ordered and I have yet to hear back from them either.

My brother even went to their online tec support and they were of little help.
